My preferred normative drawship stylus in this attend would have to be the Participative bolt. To me this means that I would be lenient towards my employees and I would want to be there for them when they needed me. I could see myself by chance changing my style to a supportive style if I needed too. I also like how the leader of the positive style seems to place emotionally connected with his employees. I savour like I am a stressed out person and for soulfulness to be there for me when I am having a trigger-happy time to see how I am doing would be nice.
